When you submit a filing application through AliCloud, you can log in to the filing system to view the review of each phase. Filing audit includes Alibaba Cloud audit and management bureau audit.
1. Alibaba Cloud audit
Filing preliminary review: After submitting the filing preliminary review order, the staff will review it within 1 working day. If problems are found during the audit, the staff will call your contact number in the filing information for communication. AliCloud outbound calls for filing: 95187, 0571-88158388, 0571-26891245.
Review of face check photos: After uploading the face check photos, the staff will review them within 1 working day.
Submitted to the Administration: After Alibaba Cloud completes the review, the order status will change to pending submission to the administrative bureau, and the staff will submit your order to the administrative bureau for review within one working day.
2. Reviewed by the Administration The audit time varies from 3 to 20 working days. After the information is submitted to the Administration for review, the home page of the filing system will display the estimated review duration of the local administration, and you can log in to the system to check on your own. The audit results will be notified by SMS and email.
