"Where to go" Deputy Chief Executive

Yesterday, the senior management of Ctrip and the public relations executive in North China received a short message from Dai Zheng, vice president of Qunar.com. He not only abused Ctrip employees as "bastards" through short messages, but also said that he would publicly collect Ctrip complaints and use all his strength to let CCTV 315 column group report Ctrip's negative news.

"I will use all my strength to make it reported!" At the beginning of the new year, the "war of words" between Qunar.com and Ctrip broke out again.

In the morning of February 2, the senior management of Ctrip and the public relations executive in North China received a short message from Dai Zheng, vice president of Qunar.com: "If your employee @ Lao Rong (microblog) Jingyi dares to frame Qunar.com for fraud again on my microblog, I will publicly collect Ctrip's complaint cases, sort them into a volume and submit them to the 315 column group of CCTV. I swear I will use all my strength to make them reported! I'll give you one last chance to let this bastard learn to speak based on facts. Thank you... Dai Zheng ".

Ctrip said it had filed SMS

Ctrip said that the "@ Laorong Jingyi" mentioned in Dai Zheng's short message was Wu Rongjing, an employee of Ctrip's Xiamen branch. The two sides had had some debate on microblog before. The executives of Ctrip North China PR said that this was an irrational and naked threat, so they immediately reported Dai Zheng's short message to the company's Legal Affairs and Public Relations Department for filing.

"Qunar.com, as an enterprise, should also be one of the supervision objects of 315. What's the reason and the courage of Qunar.com to threaten to use all forces to report Ctrip's negativity in 315?" Lu Yan, general manager of Ctrip's marketing planning and public relations department, was puzzled by Dai Zheng's SMS threat.

Wu Rongjing, who was reviled as "this bastard" by Dai Zheng's short message, also felt aggrieved. He said that Dai Zheng, as the vice president of Qunar.com, has more than 200000 followers on Weibo, while he is only an ordinary employee of Ctrip. The debate between the two sides was originally a great disparity in strength.

Yesterday Dai Zheng updated his microblog and said that he would publicly collect complaints from Ctrip.

It is reported that this text message "threat gate" originated from a microblog debate between the two sides. In January 2012, a Shanghai media reported that a consumer was defrauded of more than 49000 yuan when buying a train ticket through Qunar.com, but later some media reported that the consumer did not search for a fraud phone number through Qunar.com. Before and after the incident, Ctrip released the Spring Festival travel safety ticket guide, reminding consumers to beware of fraud when buying train tickets and air tickets. Qunar.com thinks that Ctrip deliberately targets itself. For this reason, Dai Zheng, vice president of Qunar.com, and Ctrip PR personnel launched a fierce debate on Weibo.
