PHP officially releases PHP 5.3.10 today

A few days ago, PHP 5.3.9 was found by hackers to have a serious security vulnerability. Remote attackers can directly use this vulnerability to execute arbitrary PHP code, which poses a very high security risk. This vulnerability (CVE-2012-0830) is due to a new security vulnerability caused by PHP's official introduction of a new mechanism to address multilingual hash vulnerabilities.
