Baidu weight, a data calculation launched by Aizhan, has developed the Aizhan webmaster tool into a daily IP of more than one million (their official data, I estimate, is not enough). I gradually see the important position of this data in the minds of webmasters, who gradually take the so-called Baidu weight data queried from Aizhan as an important standard to judge website quality, Even the only standard, especially when changing friendship links (I have a deep understanding of this). I often hear many webmasters say: How much weight do you have My station has been weighted X for only one week So, have webmasters really thought about: is this data really accurate?
One thing webmasters need to keep in mind: the Baidu weight queried by Aizhan is calculated by Aizhan's own algorithm, not the official data of Baidu, unlike PR, which is calculated by Google. According to my personal observation, the Baidu weight provided by Aizhan is calculated based on the Baidu index of the website's ranking keywords, the ranking position, and the website's total collection, daily collection, and snapshot date.
OK, through the above analysis of the algorithm of Love Station, we can draw a conclusion that some famous websites, their station names and long tail words related to their station names are keywords with high index, such as Tudou TV series, which has a high index, but there are not many websites to do this word, so it is easier to do it. I have contacted a movie station, The ranking keywords are all related to Tudou, and the index is very high. Therefore, Baidu's weight is very high when he stands on Aizhan. However, Tudou ranks first in these words. I believe that no one searches for these words without knowing the existence of Tudou. So, how much traffic these words actually bring? In fact, there are many other examples, I will not cite them one by one.
I often tell other webmasters that the so-called Baidu weight can be brushed out. Many webmasters will spray me, hehe, I don't care. From the above analysis of the Aizhan algorithm, I think many people have seen how to brush it, right? If I search for the station name of a station with Baidu, the Baidu index of this station name will be very high, and this station name should be the first station in terms of keywords, right? The rest is just around the corner
From the above two examples, we can draw a conclusion that the so-called Baidu weight is not proportional to the website quality
Of course, this data can also be used as a reference value, but we should also only use this data as a reference value. When I changed my friendship links, I met many diehard fans who love standing (please allow me to describe it this way), and they always said to me: "Your standing Baidu weight is not good~" I think this kind of people are really dead hearted, Would you rather exchange links with a site that Baidu has only a few dozen sites but loves to query the weight of 3 than exchange links with a site that Baidu has tens of thousands of sites but finds the weight of Baidu is 1 (of course, this is relative to the content site)?
Therefore, I think: webmasters should slowly establish their own experience in judging the quality of a website, and do not blindly believe this commercial nature of unofficial data.
The final statement is that the viewpoint in this paper is purely my own and also an academic discussion. The viewpoint has nothing to do with any organization, and I have no intention of attacking any party
