talk about Website Design , e-commerce, online shopping, online finance, we have to say that this is the impact of information networks. In the information network industry, it is necessary to talk about science and technology parks and pioneer Silicon Valley. This is Mecca in the mind of information technology disciples. Silicon Valley is located between Palo Alto and San Jose near San Francisco, California, USA, with a length of 48 kilometers and a width of 16 kilometers. It used to be a sugarcane field, but now it is the largest microelectronics industry center in the world. Since the electronic industry uses silicon as the main raw material, this holy land of electronic industry is called Silicon Valley. It is based on the famous Stanford University and the Stanford Science Park. The campus of Stanford University covers an area of 32 square kilometers. In 1950, the University leased a part of the idle land and gave special privileges to the faculty and graduate students who are interested in starting a company at Stanford University. In 1954, two graduates of Stanford University, William Hewlett and David Packard, founded the world famous electronics giant Hewlett Packard here by borrowing money. A large number of high-tech talents are gathered here to produce the first personal electric lung, which has created many miracles. Silicon Valley has finally developed into the largest research and manufacturing center of the U.S. electronics industry, the cradle of high technology, and the world's first and most successful science and technology industrial park.

 Network Science Park

The 128 Highway Science Park in eastern Boston is as famous as the Silicon Valley in western San Francisco. Highway 128 is located in Boston, Massachusetts, on the east coast of the United States. It was built in 1951. It is a 90 km long highway that encircles Boston in a semicircle and is 16 km away from the urban area. Boston is an important educational city in the United States. Harvard University, which trained many American presidents, is located in the suburbs. However, the Science Park is mainly created by the world-famous Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which is the backbone of the Science Park. In the 1960s alone, there were 170 high-tech companies founded here by MIT faculty. It has formed a science and technology industrial park in the United States, second only to Silicon Valley. Now there are hundreds of high-tech factories on both sides of Highway 128. The successful establishment of Silicon Valley and Highway 128 science parks has been followed by many American states. Hundreds of science and technology industrial parks, such as Philadelphia University Town Center, Maryland Science Park, Minnesota Technology Park, Dallas Communication Corridor, New Jersey Science Park, University of Pennsylvania Urban Science Center and Fulton Carroll Industrial Center, have risen rapidly. Countries all over the world compete to imitate. An upsurge of building science and technology industrial parks has spread from developed countries and regions to the world.

Since the 1960s, the British government has been committed to promoting the commercialization of the achievements of universities and scientific research institutions. It has formulated a series of preferential policies such as tax cuts and investment incentives, and encouraged various polytechnic universities to establish science parks. In 1972, Ottawa University established the first science park in Europe. In 1975, Cambridge Science Park was completed, which is the largest science park in Britain and one of the most successful science parks in Europe. Others, such as Silicon Valley in Scotland, M4 Highway Corridor, Aston University Science Park, Warwick University Science Park, Rochester Science Park and other 30 to 40 science and technology industrial parks have risen in succession. British universities have established at least 30 science parks. In 1984, the UK also established the Science Park Association.

In 1969, with the support of the government, local governments, business circles and academia, the Paris Higher School of Mining put forward the plan of building a science city in Sophie Antipolis that integrates scientific research and technological development. With the increasing number of research institutions and enterprises, France's first science city should be established and developed rapidly. Bordeaux Science and Technology Industrial Park is another distinctive science and technology park in France. There are European Propulsion Company and Soda Aerospace Company in the region, which are the backbone enterprises in the European aerospace industry and produce high-tech products, including Ariana rocket engines. IBM, Motorola, Siemens and other world famous companies have set up institutions and opened factories here.

The German Science and Technology Industrial Park has become an important strategic measure for Germany to realize the high-tech development plan and accelerate the development of technology intensive industries. The German government has specially formulated the Plan for Creating Technology Intensive Industries, raised a large amount of funds, and fully supported the construction of science and technology industrial parks. In 1983, the first German technology industrial park, the Berlin Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, was founded in West Berlin. In 1984, five science and technology industrial parks, including Karlsruhe Technology Factory, Yashen Technology Center and Bonn Technology Center, were established one after another. At present, Germany has nearly 200 parks.
