Shangpin won the bid to build the official website of the Institute of Radiology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences

The Institute of Radiology of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is the first professional institution engaged in radiation medicine and nuclear medicine research in China's health system. The Institute was established in Beijing in June 1959, moved to Jianyang, Sichuan in 1969, and moved to Tianjin in 1984. The Institute is located in the New Technology Industrial Park of Nankai District, Tianjin, adjacent to Tianjin University and Nankai University, covering an area of 19000 square meters. The Institute has made important contributions to China's national economic construction, scientific and technological development and national radiation safety in its more than 60 years of development and progress. In 1997, the Institute was approved by the Ministry of Health as the first clinical department of the Nuclear Accident Medical Emergency Center of the Ministry of Health, and became an important base for clinical treatment and backup technology research of nuclear accident emergency in China. The Institute has successfully completed many medical emergency tasks for acute nuclear accidents at home and abroad. In particular, it has directly participated in the rescue of personnel involved in the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident in the former Soviet Union by using the radiation protection drugs developed by the Institute itself, winning honor for the country.

In 2003, the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China recognized the Institute of Hematology, Nuclear Medicine, Imaging Medicine and Radioepidemiology as key disciplines. In 2004, the Institute was certified as Tianjin Key Laboratory of Molecular Nuclear Medicine by Tianjin. In 2005, it undertook the construction task of the national nuclear radiation treatment base network system. In 2009, it was approved to become the radiation health education and training base of the Ministry of Health. In December 2014, it was approved as one of the first batch of national nuclear emergency professional technical support centers and rescue teams. The Institute is the sponsor of the International Journal of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.
