Beijing Xinhang City Holding Co., Ltd. was established on October 23, 2012, and was jointly funded by Daxing District State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Beijing Economic and Technological Investment and Development Corporation, and Yizhuang State Investment. The mission of the company is to "serve the new airport and build the new airport".
