(1) The browser does not need to display relevant navigation bar pictures and other contents when opening each page. (2) If the frame contains more content than the display screen, the viewer can easily scroll through the contents of each frame. For example, each frame can have its own scroll bar to open a page with long content. When browsing to the bottom of the page, you can directly click the guide bar in other frames if you use a frame.

3、 Disadvantages of using frame structure in website design

(1) It is difficult to align page elements such as images and text in different frames. (2) You need to test and modify the navigation bar frequently. When designing frameset files, always remember that each frame displays different HTML documents. Even if the documents are empty, you must save these documents separately before previewing the effect in the browser. Because the frameset file can be displayed correctly only if it contains the URL address of the HTML document to be displayed for each frame.

4、 Precautions for using frame structure

In order to ensure that the website designed with frame structure can be displayed correctly in the browser, the following points should be noted: (1) After creating a frameset, you should specify the displayed document for each frame. (2) Be sure to save these documents separately for display in the frame.
