In order to implement laws and regulations such as the Law of the People's Republic of China on Anti Telecommunication Network Fraud, the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services and the Measures for the Administration of Filing of Non operational Internet Information Services, and cooperate with relevant departments in the management of mobile Internet information services, According to the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Carrying out the Filing of Mobile Internet Applications issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on August 4, 2023, the ICP generation filing management system of the WeChat public platform will provide new filing, change filing, cancellation filing and other services to assist developers to complete the filing of WeChat applets. The matters related to filing are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Necessity of filing

Organizers of mobile Internet applications engaged in Internet information services within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall go through the filing procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Anti Telecommunication Network Fraud Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services (Order No. 292 of the State Council), etc. Those who fail to go through the filing procedures shall not engage in Internet information services.

Developers need to go through the filing procedures according to law. If they fail to go through the filing procedures as required, WeChat apps are not allowed to carry out business, and the platform does not provide listing services. (For specific arrangements, please refer to "Requirements for filing period")

2、 Requirements for filing period

1. If the WeChat applet does not go on the shelf, from September 1, 2023, WeChat applet It can be put on the shelf only after the filing is completed;

2. If the WeChat applet has been put on the shelf, please complete the filing before March 31, 2024. If the filing is not completed within the time limit, the platform will be cleared and returned from April 1, 2024 in accordance with the relevant provisions of the filing.

3、 Filing Guidelines
