CNH Huineng Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Nuclear Corporation, was incorporated in November 2011 with a registered capital of 1548.44 million yuan and headquartered in Beijing. As one of the eight major industrial sectors of CNNC, Huineng is a professional platform for the development and construction of the non nuclear new energy industry of the group company, specializing in the investment, development, construction and operation of new energy projects such as wind power, solar power generation and distributed power generation.   
    

In 2016, after organizational restructuring and management system optimization, Huineng has formed a three-level management and control mode of "company headquarters - regional companies - project companies". Currently, there are 10 functional departments in the headquarters, including the General Management Department (Legal Affairs Department), Business Planning Department, Financial Assets Department, Human Resources Department, Party Mass Work Department, Supervision and Audit Department, Commercial Procurement Department Engineering Management Department, Safety Operation Department and other functional management departments; There are 8 regional companies, namely Xinjiang, Northwest, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Hebei, East China, Central South and Southeast branches, which control 33 project companies respectively. Huineng has the Fifth Research and Design Institute of Nuclear Industry.
 
By the end of 2016, the construction of wind power and photovoltaic projects in the new energy sector had operated safely and stably, and the safety, quality, progress and investment of projects were under overall control. Shandong Weifang Phase II Wind Power Project has created a new speed of construction among similar projects in similar regions, and the first Cangzhou Nandagang PV power station connected to the grid has completed 100 million kilowatt hours of on grid electricity. The new energy sector has accumulated 1.2 million kilowatts of new energy installed capacity, and reserves more than 4 million kilowatts of wind power development resources, including more than 2 million kilowatts in the central and eastern regions.
 
According to the "13th Five Year Plan" strategic plan of Huineng, by the end of 2020, the scale of wind power, solar power generation and distributed energy of Huineng will reach 4.2 million kilowatts, including more than 2.17 million kilowatts of new wind power installed capacity and more than 1.03 million kilowatts of new solar power installed capacity, striving for more than 3 billion yuan of main revenue, and occupying a "place" in the new energy industry. Huineng will further implement the development plan, strengthen its faith, work hard, strengthen management, and operate steadily, build the ideological and organizational foundation for the new energy sector to become stronger, better, and larger, and strive to promote the new energy business of the Group to a new level.
