In Dreamweaver, you can create an entire page as a form page, orWebsite DesignAdd a form to some areas of the.They are created in the same way.For example, select the Form tab on the Insert toolbar and click Form to insert a form, as shown in Figure 6-28.
After the form is inserted, a red dotted box will appear in the document.The corresponding attribute will also be updated in the Attribute panel.The user can set the relevant parameters of the form through the Properties panel, as shown in Table 6-16.
You can also click Code to switch to the code view, where you can enter "<form></form>" code to insert the form.
After defining a form field, you can add various form objects to the form field.In the form field, position the cursor where the form object is to be inserted, and then select the form object to be inserted in the Form tab.There are 13 types of form objects supported in Dreamweaver, as shown in Table 6-17.
Inserting these forms in a web page can achieve rich interactive functions.Note that multiple form objects that process the same data must be in the same form.To add a form object to a web page, first add a form to the web page and set the name of the form in the Properties panel, as shown in Figure 6-29.
Click to select a form, and then click the corresponding form object on the Insert toolbar to insert it into the form, as shown in Figure 6-30.
