The filing system must have unique requirements for the entity, that is, an entity can only have one filing number. The judgment of subject conflict is not based on the name of the sponsor, but based on the "sponsor ID type+ID number" to determine whether the subject is unique. If the subject conflicts are prompted, the certificate number already exists in the record base. You can check whether the subject's ID number has been filed through the public query of the filing system. If you want to cancel the subject conflict, please contact the communication administration at the place where the record number is issued and submit the corresponding supporting materials as required before cancellation.
6、 When submitting new filing information, the system prompts how to deal with domain name conflicts?
If you find that your domain name has been previously filed by others during the filing process, it may be because you have previously filed or someone has purchased the domain name and filed it before you registered it. You can also query the registration place of the domain name in the public query of the registration website (the first word of the registration number is the abbreviation of the province), and contact the local communication authority to apply for the cancellation of the website. The cancellation can only be carried out after the corresponding supporting materials are submitted as required.
