        Each ICP record number has a unique password issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. If you forget your filing password, you can retrieve it online or offline.

Method 1: Click on the page Administration system Enter the name of the province or city you want to record, enter the provincial or municipal communication administration page, and click Retrieve the filing password Button.

Method 2: click the bottom right side of the page Retrieve the filing password Button, and then select the province or city you filed in the pop-up box, and click determine 。

Fill in the subject filing number and your filing certificate number issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology after the original filing is successful.

Record/license number: fill in the record number of the record subject, It is not necessary to fill in the sequence code at the end of the filing number (such as - 1) 。 If you forget the filing number, please go to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Public Query Page query.

Certificate Type: select the certificate type you use for filing.

Certificate No.: fill in the certificate number used for filing.

Mobile phone number: fill in the mobile phone number filled in when filing.

After all the information is verified, the filing password will be directly sent to the mobile phone number and email address you filled in when filing.

If your previously filed mobile phone number and email can no longer be used normally, you can download the Filing Password Retrieval Application Form in the relevant download column at the bottom left of the filing provincial and municipal communication administration page. The application form is attached with instructions for filling in the form and the way to submit it to the Administration. You can view the form after downloading it, and fill in and submit it as required.
