The domain name certificate determines the domain name registrant's ownership of the domain name and the period of ownership. When filing website domain names, some provincial and municipal administrations require domain name certificates. For details, see the filing rules of provincial and municipal administrations. This article introduces you how to obtain a domain name certificate.

Domain name certificate acquisition guidance

The domain name registrar is AliCloud: see Downloading Domain Name Certificates (single) and Downloading Domain Name Certificates (batch)
Obtain the domain name certificate.

The domain name registrar is not Alibaba Cloud: please contact your domain name registrar to get it. This article takes the domain name registered by Alibaba Cloud as an example to illustrate how you can download domain name certificates. If you need to download domain name certificates from other domain name registrars, please contact your domain name registrar.

Download domain name certificate (single)

Note that the size of the uploaded domain name certificate image should be 200k~4MB according to the filing requirements. If the image size is less than 200k, you can take photos and upload after color printing.
  1. Log in to the AliCloud domain name console.
  2. Find the domain name for which you want to download the domain name certificate, and click Manage under the Action column.

  3. Click Domain Name Certificate Download in the left navigation bar.
  4. Click Download Certificate under Certificates.
　　

Download domain name certificate (batch)

Note that the size of the uploaded domain name certificate image should be 200k~4MB according to the filing requirements. If the image size is less than 200k, you can take photos and upload after color printing.
  1. Log in to the AliCloud domain name console.
  2. On the domain name list page, check the domain name of the domain name certificate to be downloaded in batch, click More Batch Operations, and select Download Domain Name Certificate in the drop-down box.

  3. On the pop-up download domain name certificate page, click Download Certificate, set the file name of the exported domain name certificate in the download certificate pop-up box, and click OK.

  4. On the My Download page, find the exported domain name certificate, and click Download to download it to the local computer.

Note: When batch exporting domain name certificates, it supports up to 10 exports per day. The exported files are only retained for 72 hours. Please download them to your computer for local storage as soon as possible.

Upload Requirements

Note that when uploading domain name certificates on Alibaba Cloud APP, if there are multiple portals for uploading domain name certificates for the same domain name, you only need to select one of them to upload.
When uploading auxiliary materials, if there is no separate upload entry on the page, you can use PS and other drawing tools to splice the photos of auxiliary materials and the certificate of the filing subject into a picture before uploading.
Explain that the words, seals and other information on the picture should be clear and complete, and there is no specific requirement for the splicing method of the picture. The following figure takes the puzzle of the letter of authorization photo of the website leader and the certificate photo of the website leader as an example to show you how to do the puzzle.


Ensure that the uploaded certificate is within the validity period.
Uploaded pictures support jpg, jpeg, png and gif formats, and the size of each picture should be 200k~4MB.

If the image size is less than 200k, you can take pictures and upload after color printing.
If the image format and size meet the requirements, but still cannot be uploaded normally, you can clear the browser cache or change another browser (such as Google Browser) to try to upload the image again.
Electronic materials of corresponding data, such as original color photos.
To avoid failing the review due to ambiguous pictures or incomplete information, please upload clear, complete and effective picture materials.

Upload data

If your filing application has not been submitted for preliminary review

You need to fill in the record information in Alibaba Cloud ICP generation record management system to upload data. For details, please refer to Upload Data and Authenticity Verification.

Explain that if there is no access to upload some data on the upload data page, you need to use PS and other drawing tools to splice the photos of the data to be uploaded and the certificate of the filing subject into a picture before uploading.
If your filing application has been submitted for preliminary review

During the preliminary review of the filing, if the data you upload is identified by the auditor as incomplete or unqualified, you need to send the data by email (the email address is provided by the auditor) or re upload the data on the AliCloud APP according to the auditor's guidance.
