Beijing ICP User Cancellation (Deletion) Filing Application Form

1. Scope of application of this form: all filing information with the filing number beginning with "Beijing ICP Backup". If the filing number (subject) is outside Beijing (i.e. non Beijing prefix filing number), please refer to the relevant provincial communication administration for handling.

2. The filing number is divided into subject filing number and website filing number;

 The format of the main filing number is "Beijing ICP Bei No. XXX" (X is a multi digit number)

 The format of website filing number is "Beijing ICP Bei XXX No. - 1" (X is multiple digits)

3. The application type shall be selected according to the actual situation. If you want to cancel the filing information of this unit (individual), please check "Cancel the filing of this unit"; If you want to cancel the filing information of other units (individuals), please check "Cancel filing of other units".

4. According to the application basis, it can be divided into subject basis and domain name basis;

 The subject basis is the valid certificate of the sponsor (certificate type+certificate number);

 The domain name basis is the domain name certificate; When filling in the cancellation application, please explain the reason according to the specific situation.

5. The cancellation application is only applicable to the cancellation of the registration number, and does not include the addition, deletion and modification of the domain name list in the registration information. (Please refer to Article 2 for filling format of filing number)

 If all the registration information of the subject is cancelled, please fill in the subject registration number and all domain names.

 In case of cancellation of individual website information, please fill in the website filing number and all corresponding domain names.

6. The content filled in the cancellation of filing information shall be consistent with the content displayed in the "public query" of the filing management system beian.miit.gov.cn.

7. The application will be deemed invalid if the materials are incomplete, accurate, clear and complete.

8. The applicant must provide the following materials:

A. If the applicant is a unit, the application form must be stamped with the official seal; If the applicant is an individual, his/her signature must be handwritten;

B. Valid certificates of the unit (for example, the enterprise provides a copy of the business license with official seal, and the individual provides a copy of the ID card, etc.);

C. If the valid certificate of the company has been replaced with a unified credit code, please provide a new certificate.

D. The domain name registration certificate (the domain name registration unit must be the same as the applicant) is also required when filling in the domain name basis.

Note: 1. If the name of the unit has changed, please provide the name change certificate issued by the certificate issuing authority. 2. For individual businesses without official seal, please attach a copy of the ID card of the "operator" on the business license. 3. If the unit has been cancelled in the Administration for Industry and Commerce, the cancellation certificate of the Administration for Industry and Commerce shall be submitted. 4. If the unit is a law firm, please submit a full set (duplicate) of the practice license of the law firm.

9. The application materials can only be received by express delivery and mailing. The express bill must be marked with "Beijing ICP user cancellation (deletion) filing application form"

10. It will be handled within 3 working days after signing, and the applicant is requested to verify the processing results in the filing system beian.miit.gov.cn "public query". If there is a problem, the staff will call the Beijing contact number filled in the application form. (If the notice cannot be delivered due to the applicant's cell phone shutdown, failure to answer or failure to connect, the cancellation application shall be deemed as a waiver) If the cancellation materials are qualified, they shall be directly cancelled without further notice.
