I interviewed several people on weekends, and their salary and welfare are better than before. But I found that companies on weekends generally don't pay much attention to the promotion department, and they can't see any development in these companies. For example, the last company interviewed on a two-day weekend can get hundreds of benefits a month, and the salary is also 2500+points. They can take 10 days off every month (8 days off on a two-day weekend+2 days paid leave). Moreover, those interviewed on the 13th of the first month have not started to work yet. The benefits are very good in my opinion, but there is only one promotion staff, and the director is still a person who pretends to understand, I asked him why there was only one person in your company's promotion department. He even said that the promotion was so simple. One or two people were enough. As long as the content was added, the plates were adjusted, and more than 10 friendship links were added every day, the website ranked quickly. JJYY boasted a lot, and gave me a case to see, the third place, the 100 index, and the competitive long tail words. I erased them, but he was so proud. I asked him: How do you do it? He replied: What is the outer chain? Is it a friendship link? After listening to me, I immediately lowered my head. I'm not ashamed, but I'm afraid of laughing.

I thought I was good. When I asked what I thought of the company and what I wanted to say, I immediately said: I have no problem. I didn't plan to come here. He was stunned for two or three seconds before he said: Young man, don't be so impatient. The treatment is so good, why don't you do it. I said: I came here for an interview because your welfare treatment is really good, but I can't see any future here. After a few more words, I left.

In the end, I interviewed the interviewee who was single, but I didn't submit my resume. He came to me, so I went to have a look. The interviewee carefully read my resume, and then asked a few questions at random. I felt that I was good, so I had confirmed it. I haven't seen the recruitment information of their company before I came here, but looking at some things written on their walls, I can see that they are doing a lot of hospital promotion. After asking, I know that this company has built many hospitals all over the country, and plans to make a big effort in the medical industry, especially focusing on the promotion department. It plans to recruit 50 promotion personnel, and now there are 20, Very promising. The salary was 2300+, and it was a single day off, but I still accepted it.

I've talked too much before. Now I'll talk about some experiences gained from interviews and company selection:

1. Looking at the development prospect, in my opinion, for SEOer, ease represents failure, and development is promising. A comfortable job can satisfy you for a while, but not for a lifetime.

2. If you look at the boss or department managers, you are most afraid of meeting a supervisor or boss who cannot understand you. If you do not understand him, he does not understand you. It is easy to have problems and disputes in communication, and it is often us who are injured.

3. The promotion department of this company must have a bonus system without a bonus system or a bonus system. It must be like a pool of stagnant water at ordinary times, without any passion, and will become irritable over time.

4. Judging from the number of people in the department, if the number of people in the department is not large, it also shows that there is no development prospect.

5. It depends on whether the company attaches importance to the promotion department. If it doesn't, we can only serve as a foil for other departments no matter how well we do.
