First, explain:

1、 First, set Discuz! X2 UTF8 to Discuz! X2 GBK, specific courses are as follows:

1. Backup modified files:

This is mainly about image modification. Generally speaking, backup the following files:

1.1、static/image/common/logo.png

1.2、static/image/common/logo_sc.png

1.3、static/image/common/logo_88_31.gif

1.4、static/image/mobile/logo.gif

1.5、favicon.ico

1.6、.htaccess

2. Install TOOLS:

Download Tools 1.9M for Discuz! 10. Then install and use according to the official tutorial.

3. Transcoding with TOOLS:

First, close the forum to avoid affecting the use of members during the conversion process;

Then perform transcoding, click the large modularized TOOLS, and then click Code Conversion (as shown in the figure below) in the left column

Then click Submit and wait for the transformation to complete. The most important part of the modification is next.

4. Modify and upload the new GBK encoding program file to overwrite the original UTF8 file:

4.1 First download the latest Discuz from the official! X2 GBK //download.comsenz.com/DiscuzX/2.0/Discuz_X2_SC_GBK.zip , and unzip it to the default Discuz_X2_SC_GBK folder;

4.2. Then download and overwrite the three original UTF8 files in the forum to the corresponding decompressed Discuz_X2_SC_GBK folder, as shown in the following figure:

The three documents are:

config/config_global.php

config/config_ucenter.php

Uc_server/data/config.inc.php (the modification method of FULL version UC independent UC is not clear)

4.3 Modify the relevant configuration information in the three files in the Discuz_X2_SC_GBK folder

Open these three files with your favorite editor (such as Notepad) and modify them with search replacement:

Change all "utf8" in the file to "gbk", "utf-8" to "gbk", and the table prefix "pre_" to "gbk_pre_". Remember to save.

4.4 Upload all files in the Discuz_X2_SC_GBK folder to the forum with FTP tool, and select "Overwrite All";

Note: It must be uploaded to overwrite, rather than deleting the original and then uploading the new one.

Next, you can log in to the forum background management system again.

5. Reinstall TOOLS (optional, if not desired, uninstall directly)

Enter the Management Center - Plug in - TOOLS, uninstall and then install the corresponding code

6. In the background → Tools → Update Cache check all three → Update (if this part cannot be carried out, please go to step 8)

7. The reason why the previous step cannot be carried out is that your original administrator account has become an ordinary member, so you cannot log in to the management background. In this case, you need to call TOOLS in the external TOOLS tool For PHP files, one is to update the cache, and the other is to reply to the administrator password. Set the administrator account and password you use, and then submit it.

So far, the first step, UTF8 transcoding GBK successfully completed!

2、 Discuz! X2 GBK Upgrade to Discuz! X2.5 GBK

This operation can be upgraded directly according to the official tutorial.

1) Backup database

2) Create the folder old, and move the old programs into the old directory except the data, config, uc_client, and uc_server directories

3) Upload 2.5 programs (files in the upload directory in the compressed package). If you are prompted to overwrite the directory when uploading, please select "Yes"

4) Upload the update.php in the utility directory of the installation package to the forum install directory, and delete the index.php in the install directory

Execute //your domain name/forum path/install/update.php

Follow the prompts to upgrade. The upgrade time varies with the data size and server performance. According to the test, it takes about 1.5-2.5 hours to upgrade from 2.0 to 2.5 for a 10G forum. If your version is older, it will take more time to upgrade.

After the upgrade, enter the background, update the cache, and test the function.

After the upgrade is successful, the files in the old directory can be deleted.

3、 Conversion Summary
