After you submit your ICP filing application in Alibaba Cloud's ICP generation filing system and complete the information filling and data uploading according to the system prompts, your ICP filing application will enter the review stage, which includes two review stages: Alibaba Cloud's preliminary review and the administration's review. ICP Filing Review Process

After your ICP filing application is submitted, Alibaba Cloud auditors will first conduct a preliminary review. After passing the preliminary review, you may need to submit other materials or conduct other verification operations according to the auditors' tips. After completion of the ICP filing application, it will be forwarded to the bureau's auditors for the final bureau review. After the bureau's review, your ICP filing will be completed. The detailed review process is as follows.
1. Alibaba Cloud preliminary review
After your ICP filing application is submitted, Alibaba Cloud auditors will check the ICP filing information and materials you submitted, confirm whether the materials meet the requirements, and contact you by phone to confirm the authenticity of the filing information.

2. Additional information

During Alibaba Cloud's initial review, the reviewers will remind you whether you need to submit other materials after telephone communication, or you may need to complete some other verification operations according to the rules and requirements of provincial and municipal administrations and your ICP filing application scenarios.

3. SMS verification of MIIT

SMS verification: According to the latest requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, from August 17, 2020, all provinces and cities shall conduct SMS verification through the filing management system of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology when applying for ICP filing. Please refer to the ICP filing types requiring SMS verification for the types of ICP filing.

4. Review by the Administration

After Alibaba Cloud's preliminary review, when receiving your supplementary information and verification results, Alibaba Cloud's preliminary review personnel will submit your order to the Administration for final review within one working day.
