Before the ICP record information passes the review of the Administration, your server must be in normal operation status, and there is no overdue payment, early cancellation or refund that may lead to early termination of the service.

Gift rules

Alibaba Cloud will extend the period of your subscription server (the extended service period, hereinafter referred to as "free time") according to the time when your website passed the ICP filing review (from the time when you submitted the initial review of the ICP filing to the time when the filing was successful, if you withdraw the filing halfway, it will be calculated from the time when you last submitted the initial review of the filing). If the service life of your server expires in advance, such as early unsubscription or refund, you will not enjoy the complimentary duration. The specific gift rules are as follows. The complimentary duration is only available to AliCloud servers that meet the above prerequisites and cannot be transferred to other servers.

Alibaba Cloud accounts and servers that violate laws and regulations or the terms of service of Alibaba Cloud websites cannot enjoy the complimentary duration.

The system will automatically give the duration within 24 hours after the ICP record is successful.

The duration of the gift should not exceed 30 days, and each AliCloud server can only enjoy one gift.

The complimentary duration cannot be used for discount and deduction of service fees.

Q: The server has already enjoyed a complimentary time, can it be enjoyed again when the server is used to submit the ICP record again?

A: No, one server can only enjoy one complimentary duration.

Q: If the server is replaced during ICP filing, can you enjoy the complimentary duration?

A: Server replacement during ICP filing is due to early termination of the service period, and can not enjoy the complimentary duration.

Q: The server has expired before the ICP registration is successful. Can you enjoy the complimentary duration after the ICP registration is successful?

A: When the server expires, you will not be able to enjoy the complimentary duration. Please ensure that your server is within the validity period.

Q: If you apply to unsubscribe the server in advance, can the complimentary duration of the server be transferred to other servers?

A: No. Early unsubscription of a server belongs to early termination of the contract. The server cannot enjoy the complimentary duration, and the complimentary duration cannot be transferred to other servers.

Q: If the server has been upgraded or bandwidth increased before the ICP filing is successful, can you still enjoy the complimentary duration?

A: Yes. Upgrade or increase bandwidth before successful ICP filing, which will not affect the service duration of the server, and can still enjoy the complimentary duration.
