1. How long does it take to cancel the record?
After the application for cancellation of filing is submitted, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will send a verification message. You need to go to the filing management system of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to verify the message and wait for the review of the Administration. After submitting the cancellation application and completing the SMS verification of the administrative bureau, the application will be directly submitted to the corresponding administrative bureau for review. Because the approval time of the cancellation application of each provincial administrative bureau is different, the final review result issued by the administrative bureau shall prevail. After the cancellation application is submitted successfully:
● Some provinces will be logged off immediately and the website will not be accessible.
● Some provinces will be cancelled successfully within 1 - 20 working days.
2. What is the difference between the cancellation subject and the website?
● The cancellation subject is to delete all your filing number and other information, and the subject and all websites under the subject are cancelled from the filing of the Administration. The registered subject and domain name will no longer be able to be used normally after cancellation, and the registered subject can re apply for filing.
● Cancelling the website is to delete your website filing information. After logout, the corresponding subject still exists, and other unregistered websites under the subject can continue to use normally.
3. What is the impact on other records when the latest status of the order is abandoned?
It has no impact on the information that has been successfully filed. To give up the filing is to give up the latest filing information you submitted.
4. Will the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also cancel the main body?
After the main body is cancelled, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will also cancel at the same time. After the main body is cancelled, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology cannot find it ICP Filing 。
5. Can it be cancelled after the application for cancellation of record is submitted?
● If the application has not been submitted to the Administration, you can choose to give up the cancellation.
● If the application has been submitted to the Administration, it cannot be withdrawn.
6. Will the cancellation of the website affect the use of other websites under the same subject?
Cancellation of the website will only record and delete the website you have cancelled, and other registered websites under the subject will not be affected and can continue to use normally.
7. Can the website be used normally after the access is cancelled?
● Cancellation of access to the website is to disassociate your filing information from Tencent Cloud, and the domain name pointing to Tencent Cloud will no longer be accessible.
● The filing number of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the website still exists. Please contact the space provider in use as soon as possible and submit a filing access application to avoid affecting the normal use of your website.

If the website is not connected to other service providers for a long time after the cancellation of access, the filing information may be cancelled by the Administration.
8. After the websites registered for the same ECS instance reach the upper limit and one of them is logged off, will the number of instance registration websites return?
There will be a rollback. There are no more than 5 websites filed for the same ECS instance. If you reach the upper limit and log off one of the websites, you can use the ECS instance again for filing.
9. How to cancel the filing operation when the mobile phone number is no longer in use?
When the applet is submitted for cancellation filing, the relevant staff of Tencent Cloud filing and verification needs to verify the mobile phone number of the person in charge (the person in charge of the cancellation subject should verify the phone number of the person in charge of the cancellation subject, and the person in charge of the website should verify the phone number of the person in charge of the website when the website is cancelled). If your mobile phone number cannot be verified due to the change, please verify according to the corresponding subject type, After preparing the following materials and consulting customer service online, the relevant staff of Tencent Cloud filing and verification will assist in handling them. ● The contents of individual filing preparation are as follows:
● Tencent cloud account ID (original record account), which can be obtained by referring to the basic information of the account.
● Name of person in charge of the subject.
● Certificate of principal.
● The applicant shall hold the photos on the front and back of the ID card.

● The contents of enterprise filing preparation are as follows:
○ Tencent cloud account ID (original record account), which can be obtained by referring to the basic account information.
○ Business license.

Why become the main body of an empty shell?
● After all websites under the subject are cancelled, there is no website information and access information in the ICP filing information, resulting in the subject becoming an empty shell subject.
● After all websites under the subject were cancelled access at the access provider, they were not timely accessed to other new access providers, resulting in no website information and access information in the ICP filing information.

How to unregister an empty shell entity?
